My selfish wish would be to have it be a copy of Soul Harvest, but with Disease damage.

I'm curious why siphon builds have the fastest ult regen. I'm always looking to improve ult regen. Is it because of the potion drinking passive?

I'm curious why siphon builds have the fastest ult regen. I'm always looking to improve ult regen. Is it because of the potion drinking passive?
Keep the stun, just increase the Ult cost in line with other Ultimates. Death Stroke should be 75 Ultimate.

But the stun would allow me to not run fear which saves magicka for more cloaking.
since it's 50 ult I literally weave it in my combos and no one recognizes fast enough to dodge it. Don't get me wrong though fear is great but it has a high magic cost.

Oh I forgot about that you're right. But then again if you build for super high burst dmg(which most NBs do) then you should kill your opponet before
they can retaliate. Fear would be a safety net incase you don't instagab your opponent.
