Why? You can easily faceroll them with 24 people even if they get buffed. They are too easy in a group of two.

with 24 people,anything should be facerolled. 2 people is way too easy though.

EDIT: Used to play defiance. Invasions and Ark falls turned into dump a mag, reload, dump a mag, res a dead guy/gal near you, repeat...I don't want that.
Yeah, that's great for week 1.
I spend hours waiting for people to show up to fight Wrothgar world bosses, making them require 4 to 6 people beat kills it after the early adopters farm what they want..
Then those farming motifs or gear pieces are stuck wasting hours waiting for randomly to show up.
3 to 4 average gears out people or 2 loaded people with a good strategy works fir me and keeps replay value

This. 6 - 8 is reasonable. 3 is too little, and 24 is FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR too many.

It all depends on the skill level, not everyone is uber-skilled... and let's also not forget that game population is extremely variable and after a DLC drops a couple months later it's tough to find people in that zone. So yeah, initially the boss should be tougher... but a couple months after release they should lower the difficulty because of zone population. I don't think it's unreasonable that three highly skilled players could take out a world boss, that would be equivalent to six or eight unskilled players.

Sure...but everyone is able to make a big group to kill bossmobs, right? so if it's to hard for you, just ask for help...We are not talking about instanced dungeons, we are talking about open world. So pls make them at least challenging for groups of 2...4.

Like I said, after DLC drops, a couple months later the zone can be virtually deserted depending on day of week, time you play, etc. So even asking for help in a zone that has few people nets you not enough people to complete the boss.
