Normally when a company is looking at data and taking action they will ban those who abused it heavily.
If you accidentally did it once, or maybe did it a couple of times then walked away and didn't do it again you should be fine. Also if you find an issue like this it's best to report it then stop doing it, that way they know you're aware of it and did it but stopped when you realised the issue.

I do it on 2 toons but only one is maxed crafting the other one is just levelled to get certain material in the writs of you get me. Now if I use my surveys all at once (3 clothier, 2 blacksmith and so on) in the same place with my banker ( yes I crumbled I am a lazy player) will I get a perms an ban or suspended? I never did the exploit because I had no idea how to use the damn thing nor would I want to but I also don't want to get banned by genuinely farming either.

Just don't use the mobile banker while in Craglorn or Wrothgar when you put in a crafting survey into the bank, they seem to be triggering in those specific zones. Anywhere else doesn't seem to be affected, but it doesn't mean its not going to happen. Any other object you can use the mobile banker, crafting surveys go to a real NPC banker for now.

Do as you please, since exploit has been fixed, you can't be banned for it as of now. Don't worry.

You would probably have had to save up weeks worth of surveys and use them to be affected by the ban wrongly even a couple dozen surveys stored in bank and used doesn't seem to be enough from what I've seen and heard. 99.99% of the bans will be legit.

The bans are also affecting those that had just a couple of days worth of surveys stored in their banks or on alts for collection by one character.

need to be more specific what a couple of days worth means? I know people exploiting like I say in the region of 24 survey runs. not being banned. Seems like they set the bar reasonably well to avoid what you describe so find it hard to believe You can get banned for less? , but perhaps I'm wrong. I don't know how they coded the bans.and I don't know what a couple of days worth of surveys is to you. But I think the OP is safe
Are you serious? I have like a weeks worth of doubles to collect I hope I don't get banned.carudocb16_ESO wrote: »phaneub17_ESO wrote: »Just don't use the mobile banker while in Craglorn or Wrothgar when you put in a crafting survey into the bank, they seem to be triggering in those specific zones. Bans are also affecting those that don't even own a mobile banker.
It seems that anything that means you have more than one of each survey map such as daily writs rewards from more than one character will get you banned if they are moved via the normal bank and then collected by one character.

Very serious, don't touch them until this is all resolved unless you want an ESO holiday

If so you would think that at the very least ZOS would check the accounts they were banning actually owned the mobile banker before getting out the banhammer.

According to several people in this thread, no. It doesn't only happen if you have/use the mobile banker

Unfortunately as we aren't allowed to discuss exploits this is difficult to discuss but I thought the now fixed map duplication exploit required the use of a mobile banker. I can't for the life of me figure out how you'd do it with a normal bank but if you say there is a way I believe you.
