Dizzying swings will be the new spammed skill. Same Damage as wrecking blow without the empower.

Most people use WB for the knock back not the empower so ZOS please give WB the knock back and dizzing swing the empower. You can even re-name it to 'Empowered Swing' or something like that (yes I suck at the name choice XD).

Dizzying swing has had the knockback forever. They didnt change it they just changed WB. As I previously said, dizzying swing will be the new spammed skill. As you can see someone in chat has a 32k tooltip on wrecking blow. Itll be the same for dizzying swings just no empower.

But doesn't Empower buff the subsequent attack from WB, thus buffing itself? If it does, then no, DS would not have the same DPS as WB with Empower because it would lose the 20% damage increase of the second WB.

Wrecking Blow was very powerful, but also very difficult to land a hit with on competent players, and the ease with which it can be dodged makes it balanced in my opinion.

I won't be losing any sleep over it though, I was already using a hybrid Build that could barely kill people in PvP and I'll definitely have to change things up a bit to maintain its viability (if it can still be viable), but I'm sure I'll probably manage well enough to be getting on with. Definitely not a change that was needed, but considering all the whining about Wrecking Blow spam (not all of it undeserved, it is overused) it's certainly understandable and not terribly surprising.
