Question regarding PTS: General crafting

I loaded up on the PTS for the first time today and it has a REALLY old copy of my characters, which is fine, but it means all the mats I have on there are limited (ie: No VR15/16 stuff). Is there any way of obtaining crafting materials on the PTS without having to farm them?

You can deconstruct crafted gear of template chars. That should give you enough materials to craft v16 armour.

We still need the traits to templates to make any sensible sets.

Ah yeah, this is the problem I had. I could now get all the mats, but my crafter hasn't been copied over to the PTS, so I couldn't make anything anyway xD

Same problem here, how can test builds effectively if we can't craft sets (Torug's Pact, Hundings Rage, ect)

Yeah, why not have all six crafts maxed out for PTS to test crafting and crafted sets? I think the last two times Provisioning was set a level 1, so no testing any new recipes. Just makes no sense.

Yeah I was pretty surprised all of these weren't maxed out so we can test properly. It's probably why we don't discover bugs with sets (like attributes not applying) until it goes live, because not everyone is able to craft on there.

yeah, I mean, all crafts to 50 and a master crafting box with boxes inside containing top level mats for each crafting type would be so helpful.

Wanted to craft 2x Torug's Swords on PTS to complement a new set. Went to the crafting station, opened my crafting bags for the mats and found out I can only craft the first tier?! Am I missing something? I want V16 swords to test, not L1-14 :P
