What are the resist CAPS?

Looked through a few pages and a few threads and didn't see it spelled out. Anyone know for sure what the resist caps are currently (post-Thieves Guild)?

Zyle✭✭✭✭✭I think they are 32.5k, but you can stack more to combat penetration.
