What are the resist CAPS?

Looked through a few pages and a few threads and didn't see it spelled out. Anyone know for sure what the resist caps are currently (post-Thieves Guild)?

i believe they are 33,500 - could be wrong, but that's close

I think they are 32.5k, but you can stack more to combat penetration.

Do dungeon bosses have penetration?

Its 33,150 and I know this for sure. Done plenty of testing on mitigation. Its 663 per 1%
