So with the changes to vampire where you get the unnatural recovery regardless of having vamp skills slotted or not, all you need is stage 4. I Believe WW will need to gain the benefit of their 15% stamina regen passive regardless of wich hotbar you are on as long as you have the ulti slotted. So if you have ww slotted on your backbar, you will still gain the regen on your mainbar, currently you only gain the regen while on your backbar where it is slotted, this is :(

Zos please take a look at this.

As long as you also always take extra poison damage. Currently vampires have reduced health recovery and increased fire damage whether they have a skill on their bar or not. All this change does is make the benefits and drawbacks of being a vampire follow the same rules.

Think its a lot more complex than that... I have a vampSorc and she auto includes bats and mist form. On my stamDK I do have WW but ive stopped using it for a long time since they nerfed the stam regen for WWs. Basically WW can't use any abilities unless in WW form but have no drawbacks unless they are in WW. For vamps you get all the bonuses all the time, all the draw backs all the time + you get to use ults and vamp abilities anytime. Hmmm.. Wonder what everyone else thinks of this.

I rarey use the ww ult, I only have it on backbar due to the regen, this is because on my backbar I have bow and ww takes the wep dmg base from the bow bar, wich is very much lower then my 2h bar on main, but because of reasons I cant use ww on my main bar. This is the sad state I think ww is in.

but that is kind of like saying I am not a WW unless I am in WW form

you say vamps get to use their ulti anytime...but so do WW's

also...with all the additions to WW (and stam abilities) in the DB DLC I think you might see quite a few more WW's around

Yeah, WW Ulti should give u 15% more regen on both bars!

They should just take them off the skills and add them to the Lycanthropy passive. Permanent 15% stamina regen and permanent extra poison damage, regardless of your slotted abilities.

They should be careful tho to not add this poison vulnerabiltiy to the new poisons, they are already pretty darn strong, if every ww took extra 25% dmg or effect from these ww as a race would be extinct within a week.

Changes as well to look at~:

•Werewolf •Call of the Pack: Redesigned this passive ability so it now reduces the cost of staying
in Werewolf form by 10/20% for each transformed Werewolf in your group, including yourself,
up to a maximum of 40/80% at Ranks I/II.

Isnt it possible to change this slighly to increase this or another skill to improve the timer its rather
Difficult to get 2/3/4 other lycans to do this even in a good Guild

•Pack Leader (Werewolf Transformation morph): Redesigned this morph so it now summons 2 dire wolf companions
to fight by your side for the duration of your transformation. If killed, the dire wolves will return after
16/14/12/10 seconds at Ranks I/II/III/IV respectively.

Are there no changes for berserker?

1: Black skin model updated ?
    2: Changes to Morph?

I think its okay as it is.

A vampire has advantages and disadvantages, by just being a vampire and thats ok. You either accept the drawbacks or go cure yourself.

A WW doesnt have much benefit in human form (except stam rec while ult is slotted) but thats ok, since there isnt a drawback either.
In WW form they are pretty damn strong as they're right now, just people dont realize that because they refuse to play it as its intended to (Group Play of a few WW'S), although it can be strong on its own ofc.

Also allowing the stam recovery to work on both bars is a bad idea.
People will just put WW Ult on Bar 1 and stay on Bar 2 with Dawnbreaker forever, never even transforming (what its meant for).

@olsborg I think they might actually be changing the wording of them; not checked it closely, but I think I saw something somewhere that implied everything that was previously called "poison damage" is being renamed "disease damage" to separate it from the new poisons. (I wonder if @ZOS_GinaBruno is able to confirm that one way or the other?)

It's fine, vamps have to deal with their vulnerabilities all the time, werewolves don't.

@andypappb16_ESO Oh does it? Darn :stuck_out_tongue: That was a misinterpretation then, since the reasoning I saw behind that suggestion was based on the assumption that disease damage didn't already exist.
