Not Recieving Access Code
ESO keeps prompting me to for an access code, but does not appear to be sending one out (the countdown timer keeps resetting in the client). I went to the help page and it says to contact Customer Support if a code doesn't arrive... but clicking the customer support login requires me to enter an access code, the very same issue I'm having with the game client. How are you supposed to report the inability to get an access code if it requires you to enter an access code to report it? =P

I've checked inbox/spam/etc and it doesn't appear to be there. Not sure what my options are if I can't contact customer support since I can't get an access code reset. My email server is up, and other traffic is going through, and I've never had an issue getting ESO mail or reset codes before.
