Shuffle needs to be reduced to 6 seconds

    Breath of Life was nerfed last patch because in one specific scenario the 1%ers could get broken results. Also they just nerfed healing again, No more healing if you don't have direct line of sight. Soooo.....

    Edit: All skills are subject to balance updates, be happy they only reduced the duration while at the same time buffing Annulment.

    It is a lazy fix though, they could have made shield overwrite each other instead or a major/minor system, but no, they took the easy and lazy way out instead. Instead of fixing the problem at it's source, they just put a band aid on it and called it fixed.

    They kinda always do if you look over old patch notes. :/

    Still, being immortal for 6-8 seconds isn't bad. With three shields available and one giving you magic back you're still quite tanky. I agree though recasting buffs constantly is not fun.

    Yeah, I know, I just wish that the devs would actually care about the game instead of just milking it for all it's worth and then drop it the second it's not profitable anymore. :/

    Hmm shields mitigate all damage. Shuffle has a 20% mitigate all damage. You're right, the duration comparison isn't fair. Shuffle needs to last 30 seconds in order to be equivalent. Thanks for pointing this out.

    mmh my harness magicka is bugged, it only mitigates 7k damage and not all damages for 6 seconds. @ZOS fix please!
