Woman begging for money outside Davon's Watch Outlaw Refuge (Spoilers Maybe)

I gave about 23 gold to this woman. She was by the barrels at the stable outside of Davon's Watch Outlaw Refuge. She was speaking gibberish pretty much. I was wondering if this had any affect later on in the game (I know this will perhaps contain spoilers). I have looked on the forums and just a plain google search and can't find any information about her. I just know that the choices were highlighted red when I talked with her and I know that means it can be of importance to you later on.

✭✭✭✭✭Just note, there are three Achievements for related activities. The other one not mentioned in this thread is Fire Starter. All 3 will spawn at the same locations, and there are about 6 to 8 spawn points in each zone.
Note the Firestarter one gives a 10% boost to your Stamina for 20 or 30 minutes even if you have helped with the fire already, so do that every time you see those guys. Even if they have the fire going. The other two are also repeatable, but questionable as to the benefit other than the small gain in Experience.
And, don't forget Maiq, although his spawn points are in different locations than the 3 above.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
