You speak from the perspective of only one person using the skill. As telel would point out, yes it suffers from terrain issues at times, but these points are made moot when a dozen+ people are spamming it. If your cast fails because of elevation issues (or whatever) 5 other casts just went out from the others in the horde.
ya, being simultaneously focused by a volley of any ability pretty much sucks.0 -

They haven't even come close to fixing the bugs they gave us in TG, and we're getting the DB patch on PTS in about a month. Even the GoT shame meme is too good for them.

I dunno why we bother even tell them about whats broke. It is not like it will get fixed anytime soon.

While rooted you can pan your camera and aim your crosshair at players and hit them with single target attacks, but if you use streak while rooted you travel in the direction your character is facing not the direction your camera/crosshair is facing. Don't be silly, you can't predict when you get rooted and ensure that your character was facing in an optimal direction for it. What if you want to streak through somebody and they're no longer in front of your char? If you happen to be kiting players round obstacles then a well timed root can screw you over if your char was facing said obstacle when rooted. If you happen to be facing a zerg when you got rooted then the only direction you could streak would be into the zerg. The only time a root isn't an issue for a sorc is when they're in the open and it doesn't matter what direction they streak, or if they were already running away when they got rooted. While rooted you can pan your camera and aim your crosshair at players and hit them with single target attacks, but if you use streak while rooted you travel in the direction your character is facing not the direction your camera/crosshair is facing. So a rooted sorc can only streak in the direction their character was facing when first rooted. Get it?
u have to not target any1 or some1 at the direction u want to turn but it is possible, or was until tg havnt played sorc since0 -

Sorcs care for roots cos you can only streak in the direction your char is facing, and your char can't turn around while rooted meaning a sorc can only streak in one direction while rooted. Sorcs don't really care for snares, I'm guessing that's what you meant.

try weaving heavy attack to the direction and come back again

It used to be possible to streak in the direction of your crosshair while rooted, but they changed it in 1.6. If you have a sorc it would be quite easy for you to test this. Town guards use talons on you if you agro them.PC | EU0 -

You can turn around while rooted... if you don't mind playing in 1st person...
