Not sure if this is a current issue but only noticed it right after 2.3.9 went live today, after casting Blessing of restoration magicka gets drained per tick. Not sure exactly what is causing it but my guess is while an ally has the 2 minor buffs on them and they get healed by someone else/themselves it charges me the full cost of the spellcast again. Doesn't seem to happen 100% of the time either so I am having a hard time trying to track down what is causing it.

If anyone else has noticed this it would be great if you could add the conditions it happened in.
