  The set requires HoTs (Healing over Time)
  Ritual of Rebirth and Breath of Life will not proc it, it works on the other morph Lingering Ritual because it is a HoT...
  Cleansing Ritual and both its morphs proc it.
  
  Radiant Glory and Puncturing Sweeps may proc it, since they are DoTs (Damage over Time), and due to ZOS decisions, sometimes DoTs that heal you can proc skills and gear bonuses that require HoTs.
  
  I think it's easier to run around with a restoration staff and cast Rapid Regeneration tbh. than having to use class skills to proc that set.

  To test it you need spell symmetry because it only procs when health is below 100%.
