Transmutation Set and Ritual of Rebirth

Does anyone know if the transmutation set bonus works on the ritual of rebirth and breath of life spell since they are instance spells and does not heal over time.

Jabs may count as a heal overtime. The damage it does is

The set requires HoTs (Healing over Time)
Ritual of Rebirth and Breath of Life will not proc it, it works on the other morph Lingering Ritual because it is a HoT...
Cleansing Ritual and both its morphs proc it.

Radiant Glory and Puncturing Sweeps may proc it, since they are DoTs (Damage over Time), and due to ZOS decisions, sometimes DoTs that heal you can proc skills and gear bonuses that require HoTs.

I think it's easier to run around with a restoration staff and cast Rapid Regeneration tbh. than having to use class skills to proc that set.

It does, but why would you be running ritual of rebirth......

To test it you need spell symmetry because it only procs when health is below 100%.

hm the set says :

when you heal an ally with a heal over time effect they also are granted **** resistance to critical strikes

So I think no.
