Nightblade is a cheatclass, in no other game the enemy is able to escape instantly out of combat when his health is dropping.
We learn Nightblade = Cheat = Players they can't face you, players they need to cover and hide to fight against someone.
Watch Blobs on eu server thats how a nightblade is designed, cloaking only 1 time in 20sec for like 3 seconds. But the most guys hear going on 1 shot builds and cloak away 20000000meters and try it again...
L2P
Nightblades are designed to be stealthy Assassins. Are you also mad when Templars Heal and Tank with the best heal in the game more spell damage more healing, same rage for them? How about when a Sorcerer Streaks while inside the best shield in the game hitting you with delayed burst that you just can use a HoT to get though. Let use not forget those super cheat Dragon Knights that have the best ranged and Melee damage defenses hands down.
Ohh and do you Healing award with 3k+ damage and CP into buffing healing cause you're pretty hard to kill 1v1 if you can do my Sorcerer Mage can bolt from anything Bolt twice lay down Mines wait Bolt roll Magicka pot Bolt, Defensive Rune, Bolt, Bolt Bolt.
Nightblades using Nightblade powers to win is how we play maybe it's your turn to L2P.
P.S. Lets review Dark Cloak can't be targeted, 3% more health from Shadow Passives, 8% less damage for five seconds new effect, 5120 Shadow Barrier and let's you stun with Veiled Strike (Concealed Weapons and Surpise Attack) yea using it only once every 20 seconds best use of your main defense.

I say everyone start running invisibility pots and negate all ultimates in the game, because if you can't be seen, you can't be targeted...and if you can't be targeted, you can't be damaged ~ rational of all Nightblades
Wonder if this will be fixed if Dragon Leap misses, Dawn Breaker misses, Atronoch misses, Bats miss, Soul Tether misses, etc...they will all miss because invisible/stealth players are ninjas...and ninjas are not only invisible but defy the laws of physics in that they are also not physical matter and everything will pass right thru them.
With further consideration, if ultimates and single target skills miss, I guess AoEs should miss as well. We should all be invisible ninjas or unkillable shield stacking Sorcs in PvP.

Which law of physics makes wings pop out of your butt so you can jump farther?

In World of Warcraft we had a video (first 1-2y. after release) where a stealther demonstrated how he killed other players even without wearing any armor, just by using the skills from stealth he did OP damage. That was -in some way- very unbalanced!
In Daoc (also in the beginning) we had also one stealther class (Midgard) with the same strenghts...
Stealthers are very often (!) too strong in MMOs. So, if you played many MMOs, you can say that picking either a Sorcerer or a Stealther at the beginning of the game was a good decision and gave you huge advantages, as these two classes are often OP. (Firemage in Warhammer online: 100% crit chance and 300% more crit damage for a LOOONG time, enemies dropped like flies and, with a healer, it was god-mode..).
Such errors often taken months, in the worst case years, for the game developers to admit they did something wrong and to patch it..

Yeah this is really frustrating. I will stop using meteor in PVP if this is the case. Cloak renders you invisible - it isn't as though you aren't physically there anymore. I just summoned a meteor out of the sky that blew up the area that you are still occupying. It makes no sense to be able to cloak and not be hit by it, but I had it happen to me multiple times last night. As if NBs needed another perk in PVP. Please fix this mechanic.
Even more of a reason to dislike the Nightblade class, and groan whenever hearing about them in general. So let's see here:
- Soul Tether spam bs.
- Sap essence spam bs.
- Lotus Fan spam bs.
- Proximity detonation bs with cloak.
- All the above but combined with the Vicious Death set.
- Dodges your Meteor(s) with cloak bs.
Yep. I definitely am not setting foot in this game for a while. Especially not Cyrodiil. Bad as it is, people are making Nightblades just to use FOTM builds in PVP with and talk about how cool they are for ganking. No thanks. There's better games out there, with better class balance for PVP.

Play a different class. Sorcs counter NBs well, I have few issues with them.

Another reason everyone is playing mag blade now, thanks to the cake. I may retire the others and see how many AP the VD/Proxy bomber can really get now.

The best part about cakeblades is that it is easy to tell who they are.
They launch off the combo that clearly killed them before they rerolled, then when that fails they faceplant.
Get killed by Vicious Death --> Reroll Nightblade --> Get killed trying to use Vicious Death.
Cakeblades are great.
