Crafting - What do you level on your alts?

For my alts that I feel seriously about playing, that aren't complete mules, I like to level up their Crafting skills to get specific benefits. Does anyone else do the same, getting their alts Crafting up to access the extra bonuses?

Main character and serious alts:
Alchemy - 3/3 Medicinal Use
Blacksmithing, Clothing, Woodworking - 3/3 Hireling
Enchanting - 2/3 Hireling
Provisioning - 3/3 Hireling, 3/3 Gourmand

For the mules I do at least:
Blacksmithing, Clothing, Woodworking - 1/3 Hireling

All of my alts are getting into Blacksmithing and only Blacksmithing. Just for the writs of course, so that'll be 7 Blacksmithing writs every day. 7 chances of getting Tempering Alloys, why not?

    Main: Everything!
Alts: a little bit of everything, but mainly through decon - I stick with focusing their skill points on other things, but once I hit a point where I feel I have enough skill points to spare, I slowly start focusing on the crafts more.

On my main I currently have Clothing, Blacksmithing and Woodworking

On my crafter alt, I got everything and I'm currently researching like crazy to be able to craft the same sets that I can on my main. This because I'm planning on getting rid of every crafting skill on my main

First char has all crafts at 50 except enchanting. Uses medicinal use 3/3 and wood/cloth/metal fully skilled has all motives.

Second char has alchemy and provisioning fully skilled.

Third char has enchanting and provisioning fully skilled, also 3/3 medicinal use.

Forth char has alchemy/wood/metal/cloth 50 but only medicinal use skilled (only 200 skill points, so not yet enough, but will go 10/10 on the others for hirelings and scaling zones).

Fifth char will probably be first one without crafts except for 3/3 medicinal use.

First mule also has wood/cloth/metal fully skilled. That is a V10 on the wrong faction that doesn't get played anymore.

Other two mules are lvl 4s with nothing at all.

On my crafter I went all out with everything. Took a long time to get the SP considering this is also my main.

On the alts for Blacksmithing, Clothing, and woodworking i get:
    - 3/3 hireling (obvious choice)
    - 3/3 keen eye (you'd be surprised at how much you miss without this)

    For Provisioning i get:
    - 3/3 gourmand (for food)
    - 3/3 connoisseur (for ambrosia)
    - 3/3 hireling (another obvious choice)

    For Enchanting i get:
    - 3/3 hireling (do i have to say it?)
    Samael- VR16 Magicka Dragonknight
    Bacchic Battery- 38 Magicka Sorcerer
    Nihil Dicit- 12 Magicka Templar
    Villion- 20 Stamina Nightblade

All my toons have 3/3 hirelings.

My main is WW/BS/Clothier (so I only need to learn a motif once)
    My second toon is Provisionner/Alchemist/Enchanting
My third has the refining passives and does all the mats refining

I'm slowly working on getting everyone to 50 just in case

All my toons are maxed in all crafting (only one toon knows all motifs and researched all traits). So I can have maxed hirelings on each and do all maxed level writs daily. Awesome way to get tons of mats and tempers. I also have a second account that I have 4 toons with maxed crafting on them as well so I can do hirelings and writs on them as well.
