This is exactly why Meteor needs to be reflectable

No offense but all you did is post a video of yourself getting rekt.

Meteors are easy to counter, block and either walk or roll out (walking is better). The problem is when you are either on the ground (cfrag or wb), stun locked because of broken gap closers or you have 15 skilless EP ass*hats trying to land wrecking blows on you: with those odds you were f*cked anyway.

Last time and hopefully ZOS will listen.... Meteor needs to be reflectable again it was already "on par" with the other ultimates in the game making it un-reflectable just made it a OP META.

    ZOS fix the mistake already.

    just read it lol

when is the last time you seen anyone reflect a rock coming out of the sky at 35,000 mph?

this with like this fas falling speed never shoud be reflectable, max shoud be just to avoid be reflcet....not reflected, just reflect max should slide it near you, dont reflect on caster if you dont want take it on face.

QQ more dk's about this strong ulti nonreflectable and not cheap.
its so funny when most dk's trying reflect also channeled skills, heavy attacks from resto/lighting staffs xD
you should be happy to reflect overlod, overload are single hits, no also some channeling :D or wait for sorc to come tou you and then he spam heavy attacks (channeling aoe) overload, its also hurst when you cant reflect it >:) just wait for thinking sorc on pvp to do this :D

    1. You were marked and had your defences lowered by the time the sorcerer casted a Shooting Star on you.
    2. The Shooting Star hit you for only 11.7k, the 3.8k later on was the dot from the skill. Furthermore the Shooting Star crit on you, it's damage would have been much lower if it did not crit.
    3. You're a melee ranged player up against a long ranged player, at long range - on lower grounds than him.
    4. You are a vampire, and take more damage from fire.
    5. You didn't cast a shield before going toward his direction.

Your health is low, for a self-proclaimed solo pvp'er in a 16 mans group, that rushes alone toward long ranged dps enemy while you can only deal melee ranged dps. Your resistances toward fire element is extremely compromized by your vampirism. You don't move back, you don't move around fast to be hard to hit......

Vampirism is mainly used for Illusive Mist and Dark Stalker in pvp. You did not use Illusive Mist when you got near the enemy, and you actually stopped sneaking and ran around in the open - that is how the nightblade saw you in the first place and could mark you.

I'm sorry to say this, but meteor should not be on your priority list of things. If you do not enjoy taking this amount of damage, then maybe you should consider changing your gear, abilities and playstyle to be less squishy.

Your EP... Everyone knows you guys cannot solo... so why did you break off from the zerg? of course that meant instant death, your not used to having to taking on anyone alone.

Not sure how it is on XB1, but EP isn't the zerg alliance on PS4. From what I understand, EP is the zerg alliance on PC, but on PS4 it is unequivocally AD. Just a heads up since your joke will probably be lost on anyone but the PC community.

I run all impen and 60ish points in resistant. Without blocking it usually only hits for 5-7k...

The only thing wrong here is that lag prevented you from blocking the meteor. Happens every night. Welcome to Cyrodiil.
That's a legit thing to be frustrated with. I feel ya here.

Also the snide zerging comments have nothing to do with the issue.

As far as the damage, that's also legit to a target the server doesn't think is blocking. You:
    • I guess are a vampire from what is being said
    • Got hit with an empowered ultimate
    • are only wearing 3 pieces of impen
    • had just about zero spell resist at the time of impact: 15K normal is glass cannon territory to begin with. If the enemy has 5 light armor (almost certainly) + major breech (from the NB) + enemy with nirn or even sharpened weapon (almost certainty) = might as well be naked. I'd be more worried about curses hitting me for 9K than the meteor.

ESO is a game all about burst damage and stuff like this happens to all of us. It's been like this ever since consoles released. Just got to do your best to guard against insta-dying and that pretty much means impen whenever available, specific defensive skills such as purge/shuffle, and preventive measures like wearing phoenix set or slotting igneous shield.
Make Rush of Agony "Monsters only." People should not be consecutively crowd controlled in a PvP setting. Period.

    Here's an idea:

Meteors don't track targets when they fall from the sky, it's simply physics that guides them (not heat seeking or something super advanced, meteors don't have that technology yet). But realistically speaking, they are much larger too. So, make it so they no longer track targets, cannot be reflected, but are a ground-targeted AoE about 4-5x as big as they are currently. That way, your entire group can get wiped when they forget to stop, block, and dodge!

It bugged and went through your block. That's all.

You can see your stamina did not go down, and the CC got through.

Nothing to do with it not being reflectable.
