In my view, this is even more damaging to the PVP experience than the fwd camps coming back.

Whatever ZOS would do, some exploitations and some loopholes would exist. Eg. if you play for EP and your friend on TS would play for DC, then you could totally gank the pouring players with your supreme intelligence. There's no way to counter that and truth to be told, war is actually like that: the battlefields were always full of amoral, backstabbing ***, and those who only cared about to finish the war at the winning side. And guess what, they did right. Just think about the history of Romania.
