Omg you have no idea how I've been waiting for this CU beta to come out. About freaking time. Finally the forums will get a lil bit more optimistic, realistic and grateful for the efforts made by the development team patch after patch. Will be much easier for ZOS to focus on relevant threads (such as the one you made reporting bugs with videos) rather than the million of negative threads like this one complaining but not helping at all.

It's quite the feat!
Try white knighting harder, but keep it a little more intelligent than that. No one will take your trolls seriously if you say something like ping never goes to 999+jamesharv2005ub17_ESO wrote: »lol you guys will be over at CU belittle the devs saying how the game sucks etc. I see you guys in every game I play. Never happy always complaining. I never have a ping time over 100ms. I know how to configure my system for the game so I dont have problems with FPS either.
If you are having 999 ms ping times thats your end not ZOS. Ive had latency issues in cyrodill but talking 300-400ms not 1000s.

CU beta in a week?! Source? @HoloYoitsu
I'm glad you're happy, but people leaving this game wont make it any better. People leaving this game wont give Wrobel the forethought he needs to balance skills properly or not come up with stupid bandaid fixes that fail to address core problems. People leaving this game wont get the 60+ documented bugs fixed any sooner, if at all.HoloYoitsu wrote: »It's ok, CU beta in one week.Gothlander wrote: »Latency randomly goes up to 999, I get randomly disconnected from the game as if the internet connection failed. And that pretty lighting, and no bots, the game sucks but there are no bots and pretty lights.

The people leaving are the people who loved this game enough to stick it out through two years of nonsense and nearly unplayable lag. Them leaving is not s good thing.

I question whether you even PvP in this game, or spend your time PvPing on the forums. You don't ever see 999+ ping? The only answer is that you don't ever play during primetime. Here's a quick YT search.jamesharv2005ub17_ESO wrote: »Fact is I do not ever see any ping times 999+. It could easily be something with your home network. You could download movies all day long at my house..and this would not have an effect on me....
I get Ping Issues out the ass because the server itself is lagging horribly..

Everyone was leavinbg for black desert online too remember? They all came back within a month. Same with CU. If they arent happy here I would be they wont be happy there either. Nothing is perfect. You have people who float from game to game like this and thats ok. You cant base your game on these guys tho.

No, they did not all come back, most of them actually have no intentions of coming back. I actually had an old friend come back to ESO and leave again like 3 days later to play BDO.

No, BDO is a pay to win grinder. Niche market. That it drew so many away is not good either.
I guess I can just speak for me and mine, but we loved this game. Our guild lead waited years to play this game. We're not game hoppers, we wanted to make this game our home. But the fact remains that TWO YEARS have gone by and PvP playability has only gotten WORSE and it's gotten worse while hosting 1/10 the players it used to.
If I had the slightest hope they cared about PvP or had the ability/will to fix it id stay. But they haven't even shown us a glimmer.

PVP is going to take time to work out. Contrary to people here the lag has gotten better. 300-400ms latency to me is still unplayable. So if people are expecting a quick fix then thats going to be disappointing for them. I play with a lot of people out in cyrodill I never see 999+ latency. Personally I think its just a display error. If your latency really was that high then you would see nothing on the screen. Everything would just freeze and the game would log you out thinking you were disconnected.

Dude. When my entire raid has 999 ping for vast portions of almost every single night we play it's not our issue. When the guys I have with $3k+ rigs and $200 internet can't play it's not our issue.
When the ENTIRE PvP population is complaining about unplayable lag regardless of rig, connection or location it is NOT OUR ISSUE.
