Latency randomly goes up to 999, I get randomly disconnected from the game as if the internet connection failed. It wasn't like this before TG update.

The obvious trouble shooting check would be to make sure it's not your ISP messing with you.

Check how many ips your mal ware is creating is where i would start.

Up until a couple months ago some of my guildies would call me a fanboy since I was always defending ZOS. They will fix it guys. They will come around just give em time.

In combat almost the whole time you are in cyrodiil even while up at your base. Constant high ping during primetime in pvp. Macro'ing, exploiters, unbalanced and insane sets and skills being placed in the game.

They have managed to lose most of our guild and the ones left either log before primetime or play all pve and play it as a solo console game with chat.

It seems to move more and more that direction as apposed to a game you play online with friends.

Have the same issues...

Before Thieves guild no problems at all.... as soon as TG drops then I get up to 6 disconnects a night, super high latency, and FPS spikes everywhere. No problems with any other game still... PC & ISP etc are still rock solid.... tried it with 2 different gfx cards... 290x & a GTX 980 Ti (So clearly not a hardware deficiency at my end).

Lots of others in my guild reporting identical issues... and all only started when the TG update launched.

Did you reset your router?

I still get power point slide shows during heavy combat in Cyrodiil. But the following has helped overall:

Drop vid settings to medium
Turn off grass
Disable all unnecessary addons

Stormhaven FPS is pure garbage. Wrothgar performance is also a pile of dung. OH and cyrodiil, HOLY *** is it bad there. The lag is insane. How does a game developer get away with this?

I don't know what people complain about. I have a $500 laptop and have a small town internet connection (you know the type, they're the only game in town so they don't have to provide any quality) and I still can run this game about 30FPS almost always and 100-200 ping.

Not sure how cleaning your computer would create a better connection to ESO's servers. Unless you're implying malware and/or viruses causing this? If so, then take the fanboy goggles off for a bit. It's no damn coincidence that streamers like Sypher, Feng, Left, Kodi, King B***hard(he'd complain regardless of lag), etc. all stop streaming after about a good 30 minutes to an hour because they can't stand the 400+ ping on Haderus, or that over half the population in Cyrodiil yell out lag in zone chat, or all these posts about experiencing these issues.

It's also been said that there's multiple memory leaks going on in ESO. No matter how beefy your PC is, you're still going to get frame drops because of this. Cleaning your computer isn't going to help ward off ESO's poor optimization.

GW2 and WOW are always at 38-42ms for me. ESO is at 110-140ms with occasional spikes up to 400ms.

I'm right there with you also living in a small town with slower 'high speed' connection... not sure why people seem to blame ZOS for this because whenever I get weird spikes I close ESO and do a speed test only to discover that it is my ISP that's to blame and NOT ZOS. People seem to think that their connection is dedicated and that ONLY they are on the network, but during times when more people in the area or on the same network are home- particularly evenings- my connection slows down... so I know firsthand that connection speed and latency can be affected by things beyond ZOS' control.

I beta tested this game from the early stages of beta, I seen it go from bad to good, and now it is worse than it was in the later stages of beta, granted the game has grown and many things have been added, part of the problem is the poor testing, the dev's need to be more interactive with the player base, have some events on the pts, play with and against, I have played other mmo's where they did things like that, and the updates were a lot less buggy on release.

word of mouth advertising is a powerful tool, and I doubt there is very much positive being said around the world of gaming at this time.

I will be in the CU beta when it starts, it has a long way to go, I hope by the time it launches I will still want to play ESO as a second game, or even my game of choice over CU, guess time will tell.

ESO had been lucky they had the PC sales and subs, then the console sales, opening up in other markets around the world despite the problems this game still has the potential to really keep some good numbers. But putting profit before the health of your product is not a good route to take.
