You have no way to know whether the blow up came before your death or after except the order they are listed in deathrecap/addons, and those two are bugged, as per the dev post. Which means you have no way to know whether the blow up is causing your death, period. And the devs say it doesn't.

Uhhh, in that thread myself and another guy showed exactly where and by how much his health bar desynced by just adding up the damage and healing from his addon.
I totally thought the same as you until I actually broke out a calculator and did the math myself.

Either way it's still broke. Health dsynch or not. Defending the way a skill works is counter productive. Either zos fix health dysnc or they fix vicious death so it's not affected by dysnc issues.

Either way it's still broke. Health dsynch or not. Defending the way a skill works is counter productive. Either zos fix health dysnc or they fix vicious death so it's not affected by dysnc issues.

Yes I got stream rolled by a group of 15 EP at bleakers no other DC around me and I die to a VD proc followed by a proxy det. I think either the proc is happening earlier before the player dies in a sense killing the player with their own VD explosion or the game isn't reading the damage right.
Wow! Vd is damn expensive arm. Lucky I don't care about gold but I've almost had to make a million in 1 week for this set along with 3x transmutation set peices. 200k blue rings. 160k neck. 60k per peice and then all the dreugh wax and Kuta.I sold a purple ring of this set for 500K. Pay day!
If it works as intended how come in a 1v1 with no one around you can see the visual for the VD go off an yes I have health left and everytime I die from it in a 1v1 battle I can tell you before looking at recap because you can see yourself explode for 12k dmg. Working as intended my ass just like Jesus beam is working as intended.
