Mine is, I don't think it's a graphics issue at least in my case. But that's very true, some people can't log in at all due to not being compatible anymore - the game only supports DirectX11 now. If you've got a particularly old computer this could be the problem OP.

I do have DX11 compatibility, however I still can't start the game at all. It crashes when I try to turn on the game. At this point I have almost given up, if I buy a new computer in the nearest future, I will try to install ESO on it ...otherwise the only reason I'm not quitting is my guild atm.
One thing you might try is deleting your UserSettings.txt file. It should be located in your /documents/Elder Scrolls Online/live folder. Don't worry, the file is recreated on the fly if it doesn't exist when you start the game. Sometimes this file gets corrupted and this trick has fixed crashing problems on startup for me in the past.
