The NPC would take its shirt on and off as I chatted to them during the quest.
Shirt on
Dialog
Shirt off
Complete Quest
Shirt back on.
Then just the random shirtless NPC's

Only when I run 64-bit. There are a ton of graphic & audio issues with the 64-bit. The 32-bit seems fine with the exception of low framerates.0 -

ConflagrateSoul ShrivenQuen kept losing her clothes mid quest, quite hard to take the quest seriously! Also happened to my character once when I put on the thieves guild costume as well, but I have no pictures of that. 1
