Random Dungeon Bonus: How to get this?

Hi all,
I have just completed two random dungeons on two different characters, and at the end it said "ACTIVITY COMPLETE". However, it does not seem that I got the XP bonus or additional loot - is there anything im missing here - do I need to speak to someone/loot something?
Im confused, and a little disheartened, cause I only ran the dungeons to see how this mechanic worked, and it appears that it does not.

✭Tried to que with a group of 4 last night for the "random Vet Dungeon". It just left us sitting in que and never started.0 -

Looks like some people it works, some people it doesn't. I ran a random vet dungeon and a random normal dungeon last night, and both times everyone received their rewards. @Elijah_Crow How long did you wait? It's working in the sense that it sends you to a random dungeon, but it takes FOREVER. As well, you have to make sure you have 2 people set as DPS, 1 as healer and 1 as tank. Our first time it took 20 minutes to pick a dungeon for us, the second time it took 8 minutes. We did not wait 20 min, it was less than that. Somewhere about 10 to 15 min we gave up as we assumed it should have popped by then as we had a full group. Obviously it's was not functioning as intended as there is no reason to make a group of 4 wait to go....1 -
TerraPython✭✭✭Thanks guys, valuable feedback. Now at least I know that I have done it right and have not missed a step.
I have definitely not received the bonuses, so have submitted a ticket for that - ZOS if you see this here then maybe you could post a reply and let us know the state of things.
As for the waiting - I was doing both dungeons with a friend - he is tank and I am healer, and normally we get groups within seconds, but it was more like 15 - 20 mins. Maybe this is due to slow adoption of the finder after patch day, or maybe there is something wrong with it. Either way I think it needs some attention
