Help me with a tank build

In all MMORPG games, I've always played DPS, with the mindset to always max damage output. Starting a new character with a group of friends to level together and am going to take on the tank role.
I've never really had the mindset of a tank so I'm looking for some help on where to begin. I was thinking an Orc stamina DK. Would that be viable? I don't want to hear the "choose what you enjoy to play" comments. I'd like to have a very effective tank by end game. What other good combos are there?

Runs for my guild and has completed all content including SO HM with it, often self sustains in easier content (pledges etc). Acsvf✭✭✭Orc should be fine and viable, but I'd personally much rather pick Imperial for a stamina tank.@LightArray

This is what I used, done all current end game content including hard modes, with it with the obvious exception of vMSA cause its a solo arena and not for tanks.0 -
