6 days waiting to restore old character

richardjameshillb16_ESO
I stopped playing a year ago, but wanted to come back and try the DLC, (I was going to spend some money with your guys!)

I put a ticket in on the 10th February 160210-000627 TO have my old Character restored but have had no response, Whilst I accept that deleting the old character was my decision, Is 6 days normal ?

For what its worth the Character was a v14 Sorcerer, (should not be so hard to find its was the only veteran character on my account)

Whilst I am enjoying playing my new alt, I would like my old (Max crafting ) character back if at all possible.

Many thanks for reading and for any assistance you may be able to render

I am under the impression that character restoration isn't something ZoS does, at least not on a regular basis for people that deleted their characters for no real reason. I'm thinking you may just have to start over. I get that you might have stopped playing the game, but why delete your character? If you could supply ZoS with some sort of reasoning, you might get their attention. Otherwise, they'll probably put this request at the bottom of their extremely large pile of tickets.

Sorry but this is complete rubbish.

This post has a ZoS employee response stating that is indeed possible, and a simple google search will show many such similar threads.
