How long does it take to receive a reply from Customer Support?
When I created my ESO account, I was living in Puerto Rico, but have now moved to the continental US. As all my credit cards are now US-based, I need my account's country changed so that the billing address matches the country, allowing me to pay for ESO plus. I also wanted to make St. Valentine's gift purchases...and it's already been five days with no response. Is it this hard to find assistance always?
I just want to spend some money in the store...
