Good post blaba, now if they would only pay Radiant Oppressions' 3 bugs and other Templar quirks their full attention, the Templar class might just have something resembling a future.
i know you templars do like to moan about the lack of attention you receive. Same as the DKs. but come on, you can use the skill, just it bugs out. its a bit different from not being able to use the skill at all. need to work on your Game breaking definition me thinks
Overload is still bugged in other ways, often it triggeres a heavy or you see no animation and have no clue whats happening. or just doesn't fire at all.
Ive made a templar and i love it and toppling charge has yet to bug for me once. (well except bug number 2 which applies to all gap closers when they cant route to target). Just feel the salty QQ'ing isn't doing the templars rep any favors.

#1 should take priority because it can be absolutely crippling in a fight, and seems to happen more frequently with higher pings.

Hotfix - Templar style
Updated tooltip to reflect full functionality of Toppling Charge:
Roll the dice of the divine, giving you an 80% chance to charge with your lance to impale an enemy and, inexplicably, yourself. If casting, enemy is interrupted and stunned for 3 seconds. You are stunned for 0.25 seconds no matter what.
If your gamble fails, your next 5 attempts to mash the button while you briskly trot up to your target will also fail. If your gamble succeeds there is a 5% chance that you gain the unique Panicked Silence skill indefinitely. While silenced you may not use any skills or attacks whatsoever but you can freely express your panic by running around until you use a potion or die.
Always stuns enemies for 1.5 (2.4 @ Rank 4) seconds and casting targets are set off balance for 5 seconds.

I was thinking this as well. The main problem with toppling charge is that I suspect the code on it has way too many moving parts. Ambush for NB's on the other hand is very simple. I've been saying a long time they should just make Toppling/Focused Charge a Templar Ambush because my Ambush has ALWAYS worked. The Templar Charge on the other hand has bugged out even since beta (I can recall being stuck 15 minutes during beta, on khenarthi's roost). At least Toppling charge is balanced in that it has a range, whereas ambush you can spam at any range and comes with a whole bag of debuffs/buffs/etc. I'm not saying this to complain about NB's either, but when you stack Templar up against any other class it is very hard to say there is anything truly special about Templar apart from Breath of Life and Purifying Ritual (when you factor in poorly or dangerously functioning skills).
On the comment someone said about radiant destruction, I really wish the pbaoe cc would come back as an alternate choice. At least give something to the tanks/stamina crowd here.

Ironically enough I found another bug that mimics the bar lock out. Haven't figured out the root cause yet though. Think it's related to dodge roll. Maybe animation cancelled dodge. Very frustrating to not be able to do anything.
Hopefully we can get all the bugs fixed with it. Especially #1 !
The same thing is happening with critical charge and critical rush. When is this going to get fixed ?
