Yeah I don't get the whole msging you then blocking you thing. annoys the hell out of me x.x I like the mean ones a little. even thrive off them a bit.

Some players say some pretty rough things tho, I don't understand how they're still here dropping N-bombs , calling me a pile of sticks, and that they're going to all mutually take my wife and mother back for some non-consensual relations.

I'm just happy my kids don't play this game haha

I know you from fights.your tough to take down. That 20k I hit you for must have been when you were below 50% HP and in execute range. Then my heavies hit for 150%dmg. PTS has that gone now from Molten which will make Tanky types harder to kill with anything invested in HP.

The hate tells are real,

It has gotten so bad that for weeks I would have to set myself offline, and even then my mail box would fill up.

It's quite sad that people have to behave in this manner, especially for a death in a video game.

The best is when they bait you and tell you to come try that again, and you succeed again! lol

For the last past month(s) I also play in offline modus. First I loved the collect hate tells, but after a while it's annoying. Offline modus really is great. Zone, guild and group chat is enough for me.

I get rage tells a few nights a week, more so if I'm duoing in IC. Here's what I do:

1. Don't respond

2. If they continue hoping to get a response I just right click, select ignore, and keep playing.

Works very well for me!

I got a rage tell from someone yesterday and they killed me...not sure what their incentive was to do so...usually if i kill someone in an intensive duel or a good fight i /honor or whisper gf or the occasional tbag if it's someone i know but never have i killed someone and started raging at them...that's a new one for me

Oh, I rarely, if ever respond. Though I did go through a stent when I sent back completely random stuff like:

If purple was my favorite color, I'd still like green.
I get my underwear at K-Mart.

Just totally random off the wall stuff. You'd be surprised how people tend to distance themselves when they think you are crazy. It was amusing for a week or so.

I have used snipe since the game first came out, back when it was trash, and I refuse to stop using it because some people dont like it. if I kill you with snipe then that means you need to pay attention. RageOSaurus I think used to be the guy who always sent me tells... Everytime I killed him i'd get a 1000 tells from him calling me a cheater....The first time he did it he was super poed and was calling me a cheater cause I was "Speed Hacking" while stealthed...

In otherwords.. My Argonian Nightblade popped a speed pot while stealthed rofl...

I don't T-bag or actually send other faction whispers.

However I have run with someone that usually T-bags and probably is always whispering, and has a lot of people on ignore.

I don't screenshot much, but here is the funniest one I ever participated in.

Moron: you tell X <random hate raging> because he teabagged me. I would kick all your butts in rl.

Me: are you mad at the teabagging because you liked it or because you didn't get enough of it?

Moron: responds with approximately a half hour of curses and rage.

Got a whole lecture from a certain EP magic NB about how I'm FOTM for a class and build I've been running since beta.(That's right, I've been doing all enchants and attributes into magic and blowing waaaay past the 2.4k magic softcap on my sorc... as a Wood Elf no less... focusing on my raw shield stack and making zero effort for health before it was "meta" in 1.6)Halfway through, he put me on ignore and continued to cry to me, and ask me questions that I couldn't answer.

I had a pretty funny one a couple weeks back.

I killed this pretty arrogant dc sorc on my nightblade, i use shieldbreaker (cause most sorcs dont slot counters and panick and melt with this set)

And he whispered me some unoriginal profanity and said I had to L2P, lol, I killed him again a few minutes later and he said I was a "L2P Noob", dunno what he meant rly, but it was funny.

lol @Blobsky whenever I've been in a 12-20 mans group in Sewers for Molag Bal event, if someone mentions that you are near, my groups tend to panic and spread ...only to rush toward AD base.

Problem is all the mobs and bosses following the group in different directions kills half the group, snares the rest - by the time you reach us, we are half dead and you finish us off

I have to mention that I haven't been in IC groups for a while, I just go there now to do daily quests with xp potion to get my enlightenment used up.

Yea getting nasty and funny tells seem to come from players who see themselves as l33t (pun intended). I like how my 5 man group gets turned into 20 when I get a tell.

Killing them and getting tells telling me I am terribly bad, and l2p, while they are on their backs dead, always gives me a big LOL.
Gankers are the worst they gank my small group we kill them 2 minutes later they gank my small group we kill them, they seem to have this rinse and repeat mind set that never works out for them, I dunno but if I am running into the same people killing me over and over I go some where else for awhile. I guess some of these legend's in their own mind players do not realize there are players that play specific role of anti player killer.
