Siphoning Line for my Sorc, a Castable Damage/Heal (funnel health) to pair with CFrags, Class based AoE that has more range than pulsar and ultimate generating passives.
Assassination Line for my Stamina DK, Stamina based execute, activate 20% dodge rate that provides 4 seconds of major expedition (this might not be as useful after the patch).
Shadow Line for my Stamplar Dark Cloak provides initiation, Twisting path provides Expedition , Stamina ability to pair with Dark Cloak.0 -

For my DK I want Ambush (additional to the wings, obviously), otherwise I play her exactly like my NBs.
For all characters which are not the Templars, I would want Puncturing Sweep.
