It's a joke and not to be taken seriously. I have also left an actual review of the changes in the official feedback thread: http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/245184/official-feedback-thread-for-templars/p7 (reply #207). I know things are still up to change, and I hope Zenimax listens to the feedback and implements at least some of the suggested changes. Meanwhile let's (hopefully) have a laugh together

About how it's easy and you should just learn how to alternate a mouse button tap with a skill button tap? That's all it is.
Press mouse key, mash skill button. Sort out timing.
Unless is a channel, then you just block then light attack ..but you can also cancel the end of sweeps/jabs with a light attack, but that's a little harder to time right because it's a channel.
