I'm trying not to spoil too much for myself and have been testing trying to keep that in mind, but I was excited about the TG expanding into areas beyond Hew's Bane. I know we have the dailies board that gives quests into the alliance territories - these are currently VERY buggy and poorly disguised fetch quests. But where is the "leverage the outlaw refuges you know and love" part from 1m 48s of
this video?
Is picking up the TG starter quest in any refuge the leveraging part? I hope there is more to it than that. Am I missing something? Maybe something more involved at the conclusion of the TG story line?
Because as it stands right now, picking up a fetch quest in Hew's Bane, teleporting half-way across the map, picking a safebox or pocket or two, porting back to Hew's Bane and turning in the quest is too many load screens, boring, tedious and far from fun or "[leveraging] the justice system and the outlaw refuges you know and love." Maybe I just haven't played enough to see this. Any insight would be appreciated.
