Negate AP just like Heals!

We sorcs are pretty much forced to use negate when we PVP which is fine but I also would like to get credit for kills since without my negate effecting them they probably would have been able to heal and not die. I believe those effected by the sorc that casts negate should count as a kill for that sorc! Please add this in the next patch! Thank you!
