Your target does not take damage if you cast something on them before the bubble expires or breaks. This includes the reflected projeticle. It also could be a health desync issue...the damage was showing up on screen but wasn't removing any HP. Same for the player I was testing it on.

✭✭✭✭✭While they are looking at it for bug fixes, add in a Break Free penalty for Eclipse and Total Dark to immediately take 2-3x the normal "end of bubble" damage. Don't just let people break free and get CC immunity with no consequence.
