Well that's just foolish, I don't know how many times I've cast it on a random person who was running to attack/ defend a keep, or to get them through the breaches

Yes! Yes! Yes! No more being forced to draw my weapon for no good reason in the bank. No more running into doors because of the sudden unexpected speedup. @AlienSlof you should be very happy too.

But it is bad for emotions, it stops them and lets you draw your weapons. And it looks rather silly, when this buff is forced on you while you are "walking" through town - what I do a lot, especially when wearing noble clothes, a lady is never in a hurry.
