The patch notes will be released between 11a and 12:50p.

How do I know this? Because that's when I'll be in class, and my awesome luck dictates it.

When doing big major releases like DLC's they almost always post the notes around 1:00 p.m. C.S.T. give or take 30 minutes. It's like they have to have lunch first.
