Oh yeah, on ESO Live @Dominoid it was said you EARN the smuggler assistant during thieves guild.. Although I did expect them to also be on the crown store.

Well thieves guild is DLC, maybe not everyone would want to get it just for the assistant. It's sort of like when they first sold the stand alone horse for people who didn't want buy the Imperial edition.

I would be disappointed if they chose to ONLY sell them on the crown store. I'm happy with them being there as well, but I would like them to also be available to be earned during the DLC.

[EDIT] As Thavie posted above (Thanks @Thavie ) they not only mentioned earning it, but it was also shown. So I'm guessing it's both. I won't be buying the smuggler on PTS just to check though. I doubt they actually show us that SO close to release and then take it back

Nothing that really caught my eye. Yeah, there will be Assistants in the Crown Store, and there are rewards for completing a dungeon with the new grouping tool, but otherwise no spoilers.

Translation seemed fine to me, except for the obvious quirks (test instead of trial, throat instead of maw, subject instead of gear, etc).

Honestly I am fine with Crown Store assistants, for example really cool ones on the Store would be amazing. You'd have the "normal" bank/vendor etc earnable in game but cooler ones on the Crown Store. No issue with that at all.

Interested in this "Vitality bonus".

Nor me, not the foggiest. As it currently stands the score is clear enough as it's just based on time (faster you go, higher the score). Could the "vitality bonus" be a death penalty?

Yeah! I'd be okay with that. As a subscriber I'd go earn my ones that charge me fee's, and get the new and improved one from the crown store too probably lol.

I'm REALLY excited in going cross-faction dungeon groups where you actually choose your group. As the founder of a cross-faction guild this will be HUGE for us. I don't even care about rewards, I just want to be able to cross-faction dungeon run with my friends without having to game the group finder.

There are a lot of Feedbackthreads in the german PTS-Forums and 1 about the Companions. If i interpret right how they write it, it looks like you have to buy one Assistant in the Crownstore (maybe the Vendor Assistant) and you can get the Smuggler elsewere.

The Translation on reddit is correct, just that "Mate" is wrong and should be "Assistant" or "Helper".

That's what I'm wondering. At first on ESO Live I thought they meant banker/vendor would ALSO be available with Thieves guild - although smuggler was the only one to be earned. Other folks thought it meant only the smuggler will be available this time and bank/vendor to come at a later date. After re-listening a billion times I came to their conclusion as well... so I'm super hyped if we do get more than the smuggler.
