Will the Mercenary motif and laurel be coming to the Crown Store? For those of us who hate running vet dungeons over and over and over again it would be nice to get this in the store before the new DLC comes out.
I think they're adding a new one-size-fits-all motif material that you can use to craft any style, not sure if it's in the upcoming DLC or not though.

Laurel: this is tougher. Either run dungeons with a character that knows all Mercenary motifs (see above) or have someone craft the gear for you. While the style stone can't be traded, the gear can.

When running the vet dungeons, do you only get one laurel per dungeon final boss?

Yes, one laurel per Boss, chance depends on how many chapters of Mercenary your character has learned, and dungeon level. Highest is 25% for non-veteran with all chapters learned, and 100% in veteran dungeons. Unless your character does nothing but craft, running the dungeons for the Undaunted passives and skills is worth the effort. And laurels can be banked, so non-crafting characters can get them for your crafter.
As for you original question, you are not going to get an official answer in the forum. But considering the crown store history, it seems likely all the motifs will be sold there eventually.

The issue with putting the laurels in the crown store while not having a non-bound in-game option is that it essentially makes crafters who don't run dungeons trade crowns for in-game gold (and you can argue actual money for in-game gold). Because if someone wants me to craft a Mercenary set for them, they can't get me the laurels. I have to get them myself. And if I don't run dungeons, then I have to get them from the Crown Store. So the player who wants that will have to compensate me appropriately.
Do you see how that's not entirely kosher? That's my concern about them putting the style stone in the CS.

If this happens I guarantee it will be amazingly rare and very expensive! Most players wont be able to get their hands on them
