Cannot receive any e-mails, can't login as I don't have access codes

Hi there.
Just like in title - for some reason I can't receive any e-mails from ESO sites. Any of them, literally. I always had problems with that, last time I've played like year ago I remember them being always 2-3 hours late, but now I've not received access code for about week, or even more. I've already send suspended/compromised ticket, my ticket number is 160112-000821, with request of changing my e-mail address associated with account. I've not received any answer to my ticket, probably because my e-mail address is not really cooperative, just like with access code e-mails.. Or I've misremembered which e-mail I've used to register my account. In that case, is it possible to recover an account by sending you UserID, secret question answer and 1st and only game time code that was used to activate account?
