Err no. There is big difference betwen 17k health to 20k health and 20k health to 23k health. You decide to be paper and you die as a paper from a paper-destroying flame thrower. It was your choices that killed you...not the game design.
Wanna be a vamp? Get your health to 23k and see how different it will play.
I got one shot yesterday and the death recap simply showed camo hunter for 19k damage. my health is 27k0 -

no offence man, but 20K health at VR16 battle leveled is pretty little!
I am at VR7 and I have without battle leveling and without food or drink almost 18K health!
edit: 16K health, battle leveled 20K
And if you stack dps buff skill, increased damage of camohunter against vampires, hidden when shooting, and maybe some potion that increases weapon damage, battle leveling buff to dps of the opponent, no wonder he can one shot you!Edited by altemriel on January 11, 2016 9:38PM0 -

Yeah I can stack some serious damage on my Kahjiit archer using camo hunter. Definitely enough to two shot a vamp maybe three max. Possibly one if camo hunter procs1 -

Not as well no. With sufficient gear, health, and cps a non-vamp should not go under 30-50% from this ever. A vamp is going under 30-50% regardless unless they are running a full tank build. I ran the build for a week and every vamp I hit, including Sorcs, was left sub 30-50% at the very least. 20k health is fine, it's standard for dps roles. You would be trading weapon power, weapon crit or stam regen for more health wich is in most cases not worth it.When the snows fall and the white winds blow,
the lone wolf dies, but the pack survives.
