Remove your Vampire or get more health.

Vampire has to have consequences for the beneficial power it grants, this is one of them, seeing as ZOS has nerfed everything else which was a negative for Vampires.

Vampire,no skill in hp points or not nobody should be 1 shot in less than a second.Im a hybrid sorcerer with 27.5k hp,10k armor,25 points in critical resistance in steed and I often get my health down to 5-10% with a combination of focused attack+light attack+silver bolts+heavy attack in less than a second.

I'm not great at math, but that amounts to 17,862.
Also, have you ever used Camo hunter? It does 15% additional damage, then you also get another bonus if attacking from stealth, which he was. My thought is, it's not adding them up together and you're actually seeing two camo hunters in the recap. So the only problem with camo hunter is you're seeing 2 entries instead of the stealth bonus added onto the initial damage in one entry.

First of all: in your video the death recap says 8k+4k+4k, that is nowhere near the 20k health you mention.
Edit: you took 17862 damage.

What we just saw in the video is not an unintentional double proc.
It's hilarious how people think they can run around out of stealth or ride on a horse in IC and not suffer consequences. You just kept running out there out of stealth, what did you think was going to happen? You're so squishy, but yet you run out there as if you are a tank. If you're going to play a sneaky NB then you may want to start sneaking, using detection potions, and radiant mage light. I could one shot you out of stealth with a heavy attack and a silver shard that will hit you at the same time, no camo hunter needed. Aimlessly wandering in the combat zone will get you killed.

I never got killed by Camohunter yet.....if you choose to be a vampire...then live with the negative effects

Err no. There is big difference betwen 17k health to 20k health and 20k health to 23k health. You decide to be paper and you die as a paper from a paper-destroying flame thrower. It was your choices that killed you...not the game design.

Wanna be a vamp? Get your health to 23k and see how different it will play.

And what do you think our vampire friend did here? He made a paper thin build stacking obviously DPS since he only has 17k health and on top of that he is also a vampire. Guess what...the hidden vampire-killer DPS stacker won. Surprise.

Can honestly say I've never been one hit by camo hunter either. But that might be because

1. I don't go into IC without proper crit resistance. Too much stealth play going on in there
2. I try to have at least 21-23k health
3. I'm not a Vampire

Fighter's Guild abilities are focused mainly on taking out Undead and Daedra. We're talking extra damage and bonuses against them. If you don't have the health and resistance to combat that, then you're a walking corpse (well, technically a vampire already is, but you catch my drift).

Everyone knows death recaps are bugged as hell, so everyone telling him he only has 17k health is just being ignorant. I have 21k health and get one shotted while my death recap only shows one camo hunter on it

I'm not a vampire and never have been, and camo hunter has killed several times. I think what players are doing is rally+camo hunter then fully charge heavy attack then tap sliver shard. The heavy attack and shard hit at the same time, if you do it right, and the player is attacking from stealth it hits hard. The only time I've ever been one shot was a patch or two ago, but the camo hunter shard combo is funny to me. Some many players use it and it works. I'm not sure if it's broken but if you have less than 20k health it will kill you, vamp or not.

You guys defending the 1 shot camo hunter nonsense make me sick. Telling people to "lol drop vamp" is a *** poor reason and excuse to defend an obviously broken game mechanic. And you all know it. The benefits of vampire do not outweigh the ridiculous amount of broken anti-vampire skills there are.

I have almost 30k hp in Cyrdoil and 1750 points of impen + 20% into the resistant CP passive and I STILL get 1 shot 9/10 times by DK and NB stealth camo hunter ganking scrubs that don't know what to do but run away in the rare occasion they don't one shot me. And in the event I don't get 1 shot I'm usually left with like 500-2k hp which means I can't survive the follow up attack.

Don't even get me started on how stupid it is to still get crit by Dawnbreaker for 15k with this much crit resist.

My Vamp on my main was becoming too much of an inconvenience, so I cured it. You should probably follow suit, especially if you want to ever be able to run CoA in PvE...

Vamp in PvE isn't an issue for most people with good reflexes and some common sense.
