✭✭✭✭✭You're playing the game for the first time, sure go ahead and show the fancy cinematic. But after you create a new character, the intro should give information about how your character wound up where they did.
Could have cinematic first time then an option for Story Intro (top) and Cinematic Intro (bottom) under a "Play Introduction" link on the log-in page. You could toggle the one you wanted for new characters.
