A mature game where real battle tactics would matter.
Therefore, it will never happen. People want easy kills.

And are further encouraging ganking with the AP diminishing returns for larger groups to help protect against stealthed night blade gankers in the future PvP update.
Removing stealth is a horrible idea. Sneak attacks are part of the Elder Scrolls culture.
Instead of removing stealth and rebalancing each and every class because of it they could do the following:
A: Make it easier to pop a non NB out of stealth by some kind of ability that costs a decent amount of Stamina or Magicka so it cannot be spammed.
OR my personal vote
B: Some kind of notification informing the player that there is a stealthed enemy in the general area ONLY if they have said above ultimate or ability slotted granting a passive that detects stealth.

Bye then.
Well, it would partially take out the advantage of having the element of surprise on an enemy group, which is often used by smaller groups against bigger ones.
So, it would suck.

Wait, our military can turn invisible now? Please, gimme a break. As someone else said, line of sight and brush is the kind of cover you encounter in real world examples. Or ghillie suits, either way...you're never nvisoble.
Ever play H1Z1? Open world samdbox where cover and line of sight matter, pretty cool pvp.

Plus H1Z1 is a horrible game with horrible developers that took peoples money for nothing. I can't remember the original name it had but they changed it because of all their known ethics.

There are tons of ways to mitigate stealth: potions, spells, armor sets, and of course -- grouping. Removing it from PvP would require a massive rebalancing act and frankly sounds more like you're whining about getting ganked in the sewers and losing some TVS.
