Remember when there was permastacking batswarms?
Remember when DKs were easy mode?
Remember when almost every NB ability was bugged?
Etc.
The consoles keep ESO in business. Every second you spend playing is because of console revenues. Only 14% of the business comes from PC. Just be glad they have it on PC at all, which is probably a dying platform for RPGs.
Oh, it's not like I recite that to myself at night, it's just a bunch of the stupid changes that I remembered in 5 min when I was bored at work. I can only assume you haven't been around since launch? Because having played through each iteration of the game, all of these changes just jump out at me like night and day whether I try to think about them or not.PrinceBoru wrote: »wow is all i can say.
what a list!
it looks to me as if you need other things in life to worry about.
if i had that many complaints about anything i'd be long gone.
yeah haha the irony and pepperidge farm and all that...
but seriously, i couldn't read all those let alone remember all those.
if you want to lesson your load, ease your weary life, just quit playing.

I'm in Alpha on CU and Crowfall.....is there anything else out there that I'm unaware of that may be of some interest? I've got SWtoR, GW2, TSW, Skyforge, WildStar, StarCraft, and a few FPS's (Battlefront and COD BO3).
Please hold while I transfer any further questions to, Remember the Lag?Remember when we could not use maneuvers on horses?
Remember when weapon swapping took 5seconds during lag?
They took the fix to this too far later on by adding a GCD to wep swap, making it less responsive than before.
Remember when mounts would get stuck on every lil rock?
Remember when whip would go through dodge roll and reveal nbs cloaking?
Remember when caltrops used to give immunity to siege damage?
I remember how it took them over 1 month to fix this, and caused heaps of PvP'rs to quit the game.
Remember when stam players or sorcs using bolt escapes could do laps forever all across Cyrodiil?
I remember how the 'fix' to this doesn't address the root problem, which is the removal of soft caps.
Remember when doors were lot less responsive during lag situations?
Remember when all your abilities would be grayed out (shift bug)?
Remember when healers could not mount for 5-10mins straight after a battle?
Remember how that bug existed for 2 whole years, since the earliest beta builds?
Remember when people used to spam meteors repeatidly and create massive lag battles on flags for 15mins?
Remember when you would die from LA + Poison Injection + 2 Snipes + Camo Hunter all procing at once?
I remember how instagibbing w/ camo hunter is still a thing.
Remember when your framerates would drop to 2 and stay stuck there until you relogged?
Remember when fear used to make you fall through the world?
I remember when that happened to me 2 weeks ago in IC, if that's what you mean.
Remember when people could get over your faction gate and spawn camp you?
Remember when people could jump across the temple gates and ninja scrolls?
Remember when people used to spam wall of elements and assume they were gud?
Remember when people used to spam steel tornado and think they were good? Oh wait.
Remember when DKs had perma bats without emp?
Remember when sorcs could drop a negate after 2streaks without emp?
Remember when we could stack all 3 morphs of barrier on top of each other?
Remember when DKs could do 36k destro heavy attacks?
I remember how that made it to live and wasn't fixed for a long time
Remember when sorcs would spam unstable familiar explosion because it was dealing ridiculous amount of damage?
Remember how that skill was 'temp fixed' by nerffing it to the ground, that was a year ago.
Remember when anybody could tank in light armor?
Remember when casting Clouding Swarm in quick succession could cause you to be permanently invisible to other players?
Remember when the sounds would go off after a huge battle?
I also remember how the lag would stop and my FPS would go back to normal, if it's a choice between then and now, I'll take the no sound.
Remember when you could use two different mundus stones?
Remember how it was actually more than just 2 and how it was in the game sooooo long it basically became the meta for competitive dueling, ect?
Remember when you could stack more than 100% damage mitigation?
Remember when the healing debuff from meatbags would stack with other abilities healing debuffs?
Remember when you could not swap weapons while dodge rolling?
I remember how I could actually dodge roll as something other than a stam build, if that's what you mean.
Remember when people would remember what Zenimax fixed?
Yeah, remember how people used to have expectations that ZOS would fix game breaking issues in a swift timely matter? There's a reason that time is in the past.

When the solution to Cyrodiil lag was more than "we're decreasing the pop cap for the Nth time"?
When we used to not have a horribly stam biased CP system?
When Wrecking Blow used to be interruptible?

It always was, it lasted a week lmaoWhen IC used to not be an empty wasteland?
Its all the CC issues.
Catering2Casuals
How about this
Remember ESO 1.5
When the only change really needed was no AOE caps

Stamina classes have the best sustain dps, that's for sure. But Magicka classes have definitely the highest burst. Unless you think that 14k prox det, 12k dawnbreaking of smithing, 6k curse, 4k streak and 19k crystal frags all landing at once is legit. Wot?
Hardly.
On release NB skills were a mix of Not working, semi working, working with an inaccurate tootip and actually working as described.
DK, the supposed tank class, was the go-to for everything but dedicated healing. A proper DK build could tank while attaining some of, if not the highest DPS available.
But therein still lay the problem. A proper build, was one thing. Light armor, a staff and all your Attribute points dumped into Magicka. Every class, bar none. Anyone who had wanted medium armor and stamina builds were called bad and told to learn to play.
Afterwards Nightblades started getting fixed, not balanced, fixed. Because without everything working the way it should, there's no way to discern actual balance, other than the obvious dominance of the Magicka DK of the time.
But I digress, since Zenimax has such a clear history of listening to their audience, obviously people complaining about balance are toxic; not those insulting others for complaining about class inequality.
We'll just have to both agree that you're wrong.
