What is with the lag in open cyrodill?

It is just lag in general or is it me.

I'm fine in IC can easily 30vs30 without lag or in any caves etc...

As soon as i step into open cyrodill i immediately start lagging... it's impossible to fight, even when i'm not near keeps i lag so much everything skips... It never used to be this bad whats going on?
PS4 EU DC

Current CP : 756+

I have every character level 50, both a magicka and stamina version.

RIP my effort to get 5x v16 characters...

    They are looking into it and so on. Yeah, it can be bad anywhere in Cyrodiil at any time, but some campaigns/times are guaranteed to be worse than others.
