So... they only drop in veteran versions of these dungeons? That version only doable by that very small portion of players with everything maxed, with years of experience and etc?
I was quite happy when I've got my first piece of Scathering Mage, but it was VR15. Full of hope I thought it was just a bad luck, then I read that VR16 comes only in veteran mode which is insanely hard and the RGN still a awful.

Tostiee✭✭✭RNG is not to bad though for me in vet WGT. I have completed all the sets except essence thief and imperium, got 4 pieces of those in around 60 runs. I am not the best player and WGT is really easy after the latest update.Xbox One EUCP 1000+

✭✭Yeah, only those who played eso for at least 5 years 10 hours per day on average are able to get those sets.
But serieously, yes, rng and the fact that they are bound on pickup are annoying. But it's still possible to get the sets if you put some effort in it, even when you just can play for a few hours per week.0 -

WGT is dead easy. ICP can be tricky but is perfectly doable. Please stop saying only "l33t" players can do them. Watch some guides, get on TS to coordinate better, try to get a regular group or run with your guildies, and practice.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭Ever since the Orsinium update, the final boss of the nonvet versions will drop trophies--Embers and Shackles--which can be used to open the vaults to give you two random VR16 pieces from those sets. It's a slow process, since only the final boss drops them (vs. in vet, where every boss will drop these trophies), but it is possible to get VR16 pieces without ever doing the vet version.Nightfighters ― PC/NA and PC/EU

✭90% of my frustration with this is the Inhibitor. It's requires a level of coordination I'm ot used too, although I just did it.

The group I do WGT vet16 with run it in like 30mins and for me I get more set items from the bosses then the chest. I always get the pieces I already have from the chests.
I dont know if this is true but I seem to get certain armor pieces from different bosses:
The adjudicator: Waist and legs
Those 3 guys, dont know the name of the boss: Boots
The Planar Inhibitor: Shoulders and chest

Para Bellum drops in Maelstrom Arena, not in IC dungeons. So you probably got those pieces from some other chest
Jolting, Shockmaster and Essence thief in(ofc) well-fitted seem to be the most common drops from the WGT chest. Guessing because no one uses those sets willingly. Anyone that actually no-life farmed vWGT can confirm to this
Really wish they buff the droprate some or anything really to improve. Maybe occasionally add a random IC dungeons set to the new vendor with Monster heads?
Doing over 150+ runs and still not having a full set is like "normal". It's so bad right now that most people just give up, because well, most people aren't no-life farmers. Horrible ring and abysmal droprate, just isn't worth it. New gear will be out soon, beginning of next year, while you still lack that last piece of Scathing Mage or Spellpower Cure after 2-3 months of farming.3 -
