Fix to shield stacking: Magicka regen should be ZERO when a shield is active

    Back on topic, how do we balance a classes skills that apply, tankiness, escape/mobility, and ranged DPS, all from the same resource.
    While I don't think that removing regen from what is essentially a buff skill (unlike blocking) is apt. We should prob look at scaling one of these attributes off something else.

    Shields scaling off health doesn't make sense IMO. But perhaps scaling bolt escape off stamina would?.....

    I agree ofc, every shield or minor magicka buff should reduce magicka regen to zero, wtf are you buffing up for bro?!

    Everyone should respec into stam build and spam Steel Tornado, Wrecking Blow or Ambush as much as humanly possible, no exceptions!

    I think when everyone thinks of shields they only consider the biggest one - hardened ward.

    When you make shields crittable, you also make the small shields crittable - Igneous and Blazing Shield

    These shields are usually 3-5k(5k requires 30k health w/ points into bastion)

    If you make these shields crittable they will be even MORE useless. ZoS made the same mistake when they nerfed shields and introduced shieldbreaker. They only looked at the OP single skill, and they made a general nerf to all similar skills, even though it was not necessary for any shield besides that particular one(and maybe harness magicka, but that one is irrelevant when facing stamina builds).

    These are already 3 different abilities, so it is skilled.
    But using only one ability all the time is not skilled. See the difference ?

    Nah rally, crit rush, La, wb canceled with a heavy, maybe ult, etc... is skilled.

    I just remember when ZOS changed sets to be 5 pieces and people were, inclined, to say the willows path set shouldn't change since they spent so much gold in upgrading the set for spell damage. People a while ago shortly after IC came out also said this about shield breaker. Just hope the initial joy of the set has worn off so ZOS can remove it without some people going ballistic.
