Looking to start a new dark elf DK. Solo PvE. Should i go magicka, stamina, or a hybrid (say 3:1 of the dominant trait)?

Angus✭✭✭Magicka would be your best bet - dunmer passives boost max magicka more than stamina.
Their extra fire resist also makes playing a vampire (which again, tends to synergize better with magicka builds) less risky than it could be on some other races, if that at all interests you.Angus of Noquar franchise.

hybrid is not so good, choose one. if you are hybrid, you are medium in both, it is hard to combine. but not doable of course0
