No crowns after 1 week of buying ESO Plus

It's been a week since I purchased ESO plus and originally it wasn't even activated until I emailed support a few days later. Even after activated I did not receive the crowns that came with the purchase. After emailing support several times and still no answer, I tried to log in to the site and found it won't take my username and password... So I am unable to purchase the Black Fredas sale items because of a lack of support from customer service... This is really unacceptable and Im amazed at how difficult it is to get an actual person to assist in solving the issue.

Is this how you treat paying customers who continue to support your lackluster game? I am really trying to be a patron here but your support team is really trying my generous patience....

Not sure but ESO plus sub gives crowns 'every month' without really specifying if its right off the start, maybe its only at the end of the month?

I originally had a sub at the first launch and the crowns were immediately available, then I cancelled after too many bugs and a general disinterest with the game. It's only until the latest DLC that I felt maybe I could give it another spin but...

If the crowns aren't instantly available they should really state that somewhere when you're pressing the big 'BUY NOW' button...

Also remember that this is a holiday week(end) in the US.. so you are likely not to get an immediate response this week. Possibly Monday. I only bring this up because ESO has players worldwide and AFAIK most other countries and players don't celebrate Thanksgiving.

They should come through straight away. Mine always came through on same day of the month around the same time of day.

I got mine immediately (PS4) though...after I bought it I got an ILS and had to completely close the application. Perhaps if you are on PS4 (You didn't list your platform) you can try that in the home menu press options and hit close application as this worked when a regular crown pack didn't update.
